Sardines on Toast

Easy 5 minute lunch or afternoon snack high in omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin B12

INGREDIENTS

1 can sardines in olive oil

2 tablespoon chopped parsley

2 whole wheat toast (any type of bread)

Salt & pepper


DIRECTIONS

1. Toast the bread and place the sardines on top

2. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley



Notes:

- I also like it on sourdough bread and with a squeeze of lemon juice
